How far in advance should I book an appointment?

Booking two to three weeks in advance is recommended to secure your best choice of appointment dates and times.

 

My preferred time isn’t available. How should I sign up for the waitlist?

You can join our waitlist online through our Timely booking link, or by sending us an email. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Are your massages covered by insurance?

Please note that our practitioners are not Registered Massage Therapists. Consequently, relaxation massages provided by them are not eligible for insurance coverage.

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Please understand that you will be charged 50% of each service price if you change your appointment without the minimum notice.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit,Cash

 

How long does my hair have to be before coming in for sugar/wax?

For best results hair should be ¼ inch long. That’s the length of a grain of rice.
